Refund/Cancelled and Shipping Policy


Cancellation When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you are not satisfied with your product or service, Hyper Era offers a 7-day refund or credit.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. To request a refund, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement. Refunds will not be issued after this 7-day period, except in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud, where Hyper Era reserves the right to extend refunds.

Hyper Era also reserves the right to refuse refunds if the product is not returned in its original condition or if the request does not meet the specified criteria. Your refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days from the date of your request.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait until you receive the product and then follow the return process for a refund.

REFUND CONDITIONS

    REFUND METHOD
