Hyper Era does not sell customer personal information. Necessary information may be shared with marketplace sellers, logistics partners, payment providers, technology providers, professional advisers or authorities when required for the service or by law.

Partners receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and are expected to handle it securely.

4. Payments and financial data

Online payments may be processed by an authorised payment gateway. Hyper Era stores transaction references and status needed for order records but does not intentionally store complete card credentials.

Cookies and session storage may be used for login, cart, security, preferences and website functionality. Blocking essential cookies can prevent account or checkout features from working correctly.

6. Security and retention
