1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Hyper Era, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or create an order.

Hyper Era may update these terms. Continued use after publication of an updated version means the new terms apply from their effective date.

2. Customer account

• Provide accurate name, mobile, email and delivery information.
• Keep passwords, OTPs and account access private.
• Inform support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Do not create accounts or place orders for fraud, abuse or unlawful resale activity.

3. Marketplace and sellers

Hyper Era operates a multi-seller marketplace. Product listings can be supplied and fulfilled by independent sellers, Hyper Era delivery channels or logistics partners.

Sellers are responsible for accurate product information and fulfilment obligations. Hyper Era may review, restrict, suspend or remove listings or sellers to protect the marketplace.

4. Product information and pricing

Reasonable efforts are made to display accurate names, images, specifications, prices, discounts and stock. Screen colours, packaging or minor presentation details may differ.

A listing error, incorrect price, unavailable stock or verification issue may require correction or order cancellation. Any collected refundable payment will be handled under the applicable refund process.

5. Orders and payment

• Adding an item to cart does not reserve stock.
• An order number does not guarantee acceptance until payment and fulfilment checks are complete.
• Available payment methods may include COD, UPI, cards, netbanking or payment-gateway options.
• Payment status shown in My Orders is the primary website record for the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and may change because of seller handling, courier capacity, location, weather, verification or operational events.

The customer must provide a serviceable address and remain available for delivery communication. Delivery OTPs should be shared only at the proper handover stage.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund eligibility depends on order status, product category, seller rules and the condition of the item. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy and product-specific terms before purchase.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access another user’s account or order.
• Uploading malware, automated abuse, scraping or disrupting the website.
• Submitting false complaints, payment claims, addresses or seller applications.
• Using Hyper Era content, branding or data without permission.

9. Service availability and responsibility

The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, hosting, network or third-party reasons. Hyper Era will make reasonable efforts to restore service.

Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Any responsibility is assessed according to the order, applicable policy and governing requirements.
